Come and join us for a four day retreat to deepen your practice, relax and renew in a beautiful setting right off the Mendocino coast. All levels welcomed. Oz Farm is hidden in a quiet valley two miles from the ocean and one hundred and thirty miles from San Francisco. Oz is surrounded by orchards and redwood forests with the Garcia river running through the property. The retreat will allow for ample time to explore. Facilities include a yoga room, shared cabins for sleeping, large kitchen area for group dining, hot tub. Delicious meals will be served with produce fresh from the organic garden. Yoga classes daily which will include restoratives, pranayama and more active asana classes. While the retreat officially starts Friday morning you may arrive Thursday afternoon, it will end Sunday afternoon. Please try to attend the entire retreat. Chris has been studying the art of yoga for seventeen years and teaching for eleven. Trained mostly in the Iyengar style, he has studied in India and locally with some of the most respected teachers. His classes are fun, challenging and invigorating.
