Description
|
Level 1 = for Total Beginners
Introduces foundational poses, builds stamina, alightment and poise
Level 2 = for Continuing / Seasoned Beginners
Introduces more poses, refines inversions, introduces pranayama and philosophy
Level 3 = for Seasoned and Serious Students
Assumes understanding of all foundational poses going deeply into Iyengar yoga,
introduces intermediate poses and pranayama
Every class is designed to help you bring balance, serenity and
strength to your body and spirit. Please choose a class that you
can attend regularly.
